Jemma joined PEM in 2017 as an Accounts Manager before being appointed to Partner in October 2023, leading the Accounts arm of our Audit and Accounts team. She is responsible for a broad range of SME clients in a variety of business sectors, including many property investment and development companies and works closely with our Virtual Finance Office and Business Tax teams to ensure our clients receive a holistic and commercial service.
Jemma started her accountancy career at a small general practice where she gained experience of audit, accounts, business tax and personal tax. After qualifying, she joined a top 10 international firm where she worked in the Business Services and Accounting team, specialising in accounts preparation and management accounts for property companies and owner-managed businesses before joining PEM.
In her spare time Jemma is interested in interior design and loves travelling the world with her husband and young son.
