Set out below is the programme of events, agenda, Special Interest Groups, breakout rooms and delegate listing.

Conference Registration

Once arriving to the hotel, please head over to the conference registration table in the hotel lobby, where one of our team will be there to welcome you and issue your conference lanyard.

The conference will be held in the Granta Suite of the hotel.

Please note: If you are parking at the hotel, please give your registration to the front desk as soon as you arrive to avoid any fines.

Accommodation | Graduate Hotel by Hilton

All room bookings have been confirmed according to your registration form.

The Graduate Hotel, Granta Place, Mill Lane, Cambridge, CB2 1RT.

Check-in and rooms are available from 3:00pm.

If you plan to arrive beforehand for activities, luggage will be safely stored in the hotel.

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served in the Garden House Restaurant from 7am.

Check-out is 11am.

Walking Tour of Cambridge | 1:45pm - 3:45pm

If you pre-booked to join the Walking Tour of Cambridge:

Meeting point & time: Outside the Graduate Hotel at 1:30pm, 15 minutes prior to start time.

Your tour guides will meet you here.

Tour of Cambridge Botanical Gardens | 2pm – 3:30pm

If you pre-booked the tour of Cambridge Botanical Gardens:

Meeting point & time: Outside the Graduate Hotel at 1:30pm.

You will take a short 15 minute walk as a group to the gardens.

Thursday evening welcome drinks reception

A formal dinner has not been arranged on Thursday evening. As in previous years, delegates will arrange their own meals.

The Graduate Hotel has its own restaurant, the Garden House, and they are happy to take reservations. Otherwise, there are a selection of great local restaurants and pubs just a short walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is recommended.

Friday night welcome drinks & dinner

When: Friday 7 March | 6:30pm – 9pm
Where: The Crick Room, University Arms Hotel, Regent Street, CB2 1AD

The formal part of the conference finishes at 4:30pm and we will meet up again in the hotel reception at 6:15pm to take a short walk to the University Arms Hotel.

Dinner (preceded by welcome drinks) will be held in the Crick Room at the University Arms Hotel. If you are attending the dinner, a menu will have been circulated to you along with a form for your choices. Your dietary requirements have been stated in the registration form.

Travel Information.

The closest airport to Cambridge is London Stansted, which also has a train line running direct to Cambridge.
There are taxi ranks outside the airport terminal.
The airport is approximately a 40-minute drive to/from the hotel.
The Graduate Hotel is a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk from Cambridge Train Station.
There is limited parking available at the hotel at a cost of £26.50 per night, so you may wish to car share or arrive by train.
