Last Friday, the PEM team had a fantastic annual away day at the Guildhall in Cambridge.
PEM away days are an opportunity for everyone across the firm to get together, and with continued growth, a chance to meet new faces and build relationships with the wider team.
As well as connecting and collaborating with colleagues, being together as a firm gives PEM a wonderful opportunity to review the past year and share some of the big plans they have for the future.
2025 will be PEM’s 150th year and an opportunity to both reflect on the firm’s successful past, whilst firmly looking to their bright future.
After lunch, the team took part in the Crystal Maze – facing three team challenges based around the firm’s values, followed by a chance for the teams that won the most crystals to make a grab for tokens in the Crystal Dome.
