Head of Marketing
Gareth has over 15 years experience working in professional services and B2B marketing, building on experience from previous roles at national property consultancy Bidwells, PwC and leading UK law firm, TLT.
He is responsible for leading PEM’s marketing, communications and business development team, driving the firmwide marketing strategy and ensuring clients have an engaging and consistent experience across all our people, teams and communication channels.
Gareth’s favourite part of the job is learning about our clients and the communities we work in, understanding clients’ challenges and opportunities, and demonstrating how PEM can advise across a full range of service teams. Gareth also enjoys the creative and innovative side of marketing, so he finds trying out new ideas and processes very exciting.

In his spare time, Gareth loves to play and watch sport (mostly watch), play the piano, listen to music and binge-watch TV box sets and films.
